An interesting question, and one which leads to the eternal problem of
just how to measure foolishness in metric units. Suppose we define the
'wumph' as the unit of foolishness equal to one otherwise normal human
being wearing one of those jingly jester cap things.  Confucius would
therefore be approximately 3.2 picowumphs (saved from a zero value by
that mustache), and a good intro would perhaps be in the hectowumph
range, although without taking exact measurements I couldn't be sure.
